Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between visitors and Nexxus Club Marburg. By entering Nexxus Club, these conditions are deemed accepted. In the interest of a pleasant visit for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
- 1.The right of domicile belongs to the operator of Nexxus Club. Security staff exercise this right and are authorised to issue instructions to visitors.
- 2.Entry is prohibited to persons who disturb club operations, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carry weapons or dangerous objects, or violate narcotic regulations. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. No liability is accepted for damage in the car park. Claims for wilful damage will be enforced. Tagging or defacing club property will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
- 3.The Youth Protection Act is strictly enforced. Entry is generally permitted to persons aged 18 and over; valid proof of age must be presented upon request. At events explicitly designated 16+, the exception under section 1 (1) no. 4 JuSchG applies: young people aged 16 to under 18 are admitted until 00:00 at the latest if the fully completed original of the parental consent form is presented and the accompanying person aged 18 or over named in that form is present.
- 4.In the event of fire or emergency, exits must be used immediately. Instructions from staff must be followed without delay.
- 5.Cloakroom: valuables are stored for a fee. Liability for deposited items is limited to €150. A handling fee of €5 is charged for lost cloakroom tokens.
- 6.Found items must be handed to management immediately. Lost property enquiries can be submitted by email to fundsachen@nexxusclub.de.
- 7.No liability is accepted for personal injury not caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the operator.
- 8.When re-entering the club, the stamp of the evening must be shown to enable re-admission.
- 9.During events we take general and atmospheric photographs and publish them to document and promote the club. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Photographs that single out individuals are only taken with their express consent on site. We do not take identifiable photographs of guests under 18. You may object to publication at any time, see our privacy policy for details.
- 10.Video surveillance is used at particularly sensitive locations in and around the club. It protects guests and staff and preserves evidence of criminal offences, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Signage on site indicates the surveillance. Details on retention and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
- 11.We do not participate in and are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
- 12.German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
