- 1.Entry is generally permitted to persons aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID must be presented upon request. At events explicitly designated 16+, young people aged 16 to under 18 are admitted until 00:00 at the latest if they present the fully completed original of the parental consent form together with a copy of their parents' photo ID and are accompanied by the accompanying person aged 18 or over named in that form. Copies, photographs and digital versions of the form are not accepted. Persons under 16 are not admitted without the personal accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian.
- 2.Wilful damage to club property will result in immediate enforcement of compensation claims and a ban from the premises. Serious damage will be reported to the police.
- 3.Tagging or defacing club property will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
- 4.Persons who disturb, harass or physically attack other guests or staff will receive an immediate ban and will be reported to the police.
- 5.Instructions from staff (door, security, service) must be followed immediately and without objection.
- 6.Carrying weapons, weapon-like objects or other dangerous items is strictly prohibited. Security staff are authorised to check bags and persons.
- 7.Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.
- 8.The sale and possession of drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police.
- 9.Cannabis consumption is only permitted in the car park. It is not allowed inside the club or in the smoking area.
- 10.During events we take and publish general and atmospheric photographs. Individual shots are only taken with express consent, and we take no identifiable photographs of guests under 18. If you do not wish to appear, tell the photographer or a member of staff, and you may object to publication at any time at info@nexxusclub.de.
